Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Returns can only be made if:
All items contain the original label and/or stickers
All items are packed in the original packaging
All items must be packed well before shipping, preferably in the Bols shipping box. For quick handling of the returned items, add the information below in the box.

Reason for return
Via your PostNL track and trace email, you can easily create a return label. You can print the return label and attach this to your package.
If your reason for return contains a mistake made by us, such as an incorrect item, please contact our helpdesk first. Please mention the order number and attach photos by contacting via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org).

When your return concerns an item ordered too many or incorrectly, costs for returning items are at the expense of the buyer.
In case the package is not collected from a pickup location and is shipped back to Bols, the costs of sending the package again are at the expense of the buyer. You will receive a link to process this payment.
Bols is not liable for damage to returned items or the search of returned items. It is therefore important to ask for a track and trace code when signing up for the return package.
We strive to return the purchase amount of the returned items to your account within 5 business days.
