What is a Yellowbird?

The Yellowbird is an often underestimated cocktail. The nutty flavors from the Bols Apricot Brandy liqueur form a perfect marriage with banana and the herbal notes of Galliano L'Autentico. The base of rum and lime make sure none of the three other ingredients misbehaves.

How to make a Yellowbird?

Use 2 dashes of Galliano L'Autentico and shake this together with the rest of the ingredients. Serve in a martini glass and garnish with a banana slice.
