What is a Kiwi Collins?

You might know the Tom Collins cocktail with gin and soda water. Light, refreshing and a bit sour. Well, we add Bols Kiwi liqueur and fresh kiwi to make it even better! Using Damrak Gin adds a nice fresh orange twist to it.

How to make a Kiwi Collins?

Muddle the kiwi in a shaker. Shake all ingredients, except soda water with ice. Strain out in a highball filled with ice.
Top with soda water and garnish with a lime wedge.
