What is a Bounty Hunter?

One of my favorites. Surprisignly subtle and well balanced, this Bounty Hunter cocktail tickles everybodies tongue. Coconut, mint and bourbon, what can go wrong?

How to make a Bounty Hunter?

Build all ingredients into a highball glass and fill with crushed ice. Scoop ingredients and garnish with a mint sprig.
